1. Mr. Parminder Singh, Vice President (Operations)

Mr. Parminder Singh is M.Sc and Diploma in Computer Applications with 38 years’ experience in I.T., Cane Marketing and Administration at senior positions in reputed Groups (Uttam Sugars, Bajaj Hindustan and Renuka Sugars at Ethiopia). He has worked as head of Cane and Administration for entire Uttam Group for two years. Out of his total experience of 38 years he has been working for 32 years with Simbhaoli Group.

2. Mr. Antaryami Parida, Advisor (Process), ICCPL

Mr. Parida is Masters of Science (Chemistry) and ANSI (Sugar Tech) with over 34 years of experience in sugar industry. He worked as senior Sugar Technologist in various sugar mills for process controls and quality improvement. He worked as head of sugar manufacturing department and was responsible for efficient process operations and production of sugar in the sugar plant including senior managerial positions. Before joining, ICCPL he was working as Chief Sugar Technologist/Director, Sugar Technology Unit under Technology Information Forecasting and Assessment Council (TIFAC) set up by the Department of Science & Technology, Government of India for the purpose of Technological up gradation of Sugar Industry. He was involved in trial and evaluation of new technologies on Pilot / commercial scale in various sugar plants and to adopt the suitable technologies for their Technological up gradation.

3. Mr. Subhash Chandra Gupta, Consultant (Co—Generation)

Mr. Gupta is a Science Graduate and a Mechanical Engineer with an experience of over 40 years in Sugar Industry and expert in Power Co-generation. He has been involved in various activities of sugar plants such as maintenance, operations, erection, commissioning, expansion, rehabilitation and modernization of sugar mills belonging to big and reputed industrial houses such as L H Sugar, DSM Group, BIRLA Group, Bajaj Hindusthan and NSL Sugars . He has also undertaken an international assignment with M/S Dangote Industries Ltd (Nigeria). He has exposure of working at senior level positions like Works Manager, Sr. General Manager, Vice President, Executive Vise President and has implemented greenfield and brownfield projects of cogen with high pressure boilers and sugar etc.
